Disputes
- we represent our Clients in cases before common courts of first and upper instances and the Supreme Court, voivodeship administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court,
- we work out the long term strategy that allows to achieve the optimal proceedings' results from Client's point of view,
- we asses the risk of having court dispute,
- we use lawsuit tactics to achieve out of court business objectives,
- when it is in Client's interest we propose settlement and negotiate the conditions of an agreement ending the dispute,
- above all, we try to secure obligation relationship of our Clients so that they have at their disposal efficient means of execution of their debts without the need to enter into undesirable court proceedings.
