Cooperation

The Law Office has fair and clear remuneration system.

The Law Office's remuneration is dependent on the nature of a case, level of difficulty and scope of necessary activities, including additional costs, such as charges, translations, costs of commissioning for an unsolicited opinion and potential costs of travel and accommodation.

The Client can chose commission-based pay which can be negotiated or payment on an hourly basis, in which Office's remuneration is based on the number of working hours according to the rate set individually with a Client. It is also possible to agree on an extra remuneration, depending on case success (so-called success fee/pactum de quota litis).
